sometimes the visual process involves the task of cropping an image. in the case of this drawing my focal point was Snoopy's birth. As it was the image was to busy and was taking away from my main subject.

One additional note-
The scanned superdoodles don't do the real pieces justice. To see it in person is a much crisper and richer experience.
